High Wit Me

This music video for Dam Funk & Snoop Dog started out with a few green screen shots being posted on the website of the mighty Stones Throw Records label. The contest was written out by the label to give fans and video art enthusiasts a chance to make a music video for the song "High Wit Me" by the aforementioned musicians.

Of course I started out way too late, cause I got high. Eh I mean because I found out too late. And then I missed the deadline by a year, cause I got high. I mean, was too busy working. I had a lot of fun making this video and learned a hole lot in the process.

Check out more of Stones Throw here: http://www.stonesthrow.com/

They are one of my favourite labels of the hiphop/funk/jazz/whatever style of music. I seriously hope that in the future I will be able to do work for them that actually meets the deadline.

And last but definitely not least, I would like to extend my never ending gratitude to my good friend Naomi King, for being so kind to let me film her. Without this footage I think this would have been a rather bland and storyless music video. And whilst on the subject of the awesomeness of my friend, check out her website, she's the most amazing illustrator I know in the flesh! https://www.facebook.com/NaomiRozalinaKing?fref=ts
